Because we use fresh greenery and each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

While it is rare for customers to be dissatisfied, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or concerns about the product—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos as proof.
In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
